I've been meaning to write this letter sooner. I completed Physical Therapy a few months ago, and wanted to write you and let you know how pleased I was working with your Physical Therapist, Fabian. In this world where we tend to write only letters of complaints, I wanted to write a letter commending your establishment and everyone whom I dealt with there. Fabian is a professional and very good at what he does, and helped me tremendously with my shoulder issue. I cannot say enough about him. I will surely recommend your center to anyone here at my office that should need physical therapy and recommend Fabian as therapist, although I know the other therapists will be good as well!

I have been working with Dan and Tiffany. I think Dan is really great. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I do recognize that Dan hasn't worked on many shoulders yet; however, he really knows his stuff. It's quite impressive. He also has a great great great attitude. Additionally, it's obvious he really cares about Tiffany's education/intern experience. I actually got a lot from hearing his explanations to her. Luckily, I have taken a few sports medicine/PT courses in college, so at least I have a context!!

So far, so good. I would like to mention that you have one therapy assistant, Poz, who is very good. Not sure if that's how he spells his name. Big English guy, short black hair, former rugby player, smiles a lot. He's just very attentive. Always watches patients out of the corner of his eye to make quick pointers, which is very helpful. Also, he stays on top of each of us as we get ice/electrodes at the end of sessions. If he weren't around, you'd have a lot more bottlenecks during busy times.

I visited USATC today for the second time, training again with Russell. I have been very happy with my experiences there and I am hopeful that working with Russell and the other trainers will help my flexibility quite a bit, and help to maximize my performance as I get into the spring. I am lucky enough to have made it 44 years without needing physical therapy. As this was my first experience with PT, I wasn't sure what to expect. The team at USATC is great. They are attentive, waste no time, and have no issues pushing their clients to accelerate the healing process. I am working primarily with Justine and Andy, but have also worked briefly with Dan, Bridget, and Clinton. Everyone is friendly and have genuine concern for the well being of the people they are helping. I am glad I chose USATC over an alternative I was considering in Westchester, closer to home.
